01 Acceptance of Terms

Joining Wild Safari — Animal Rush means you agree to these Terms. The safari begins now.

02 What the Game Is

⚠️ Wild Safari — Animal Rush is a free casual browser game. It has no connection to gambling, real-money gaming, or prize services. Elephants, lions, and scores have no monetary value in the real world.

03 License to Play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. This license does not include any right to:

Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game or any of its content.
Modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the Game's code.
Use the Game's content, assets, or branding in any other product or service.

04 Game Content

All content in Wild Safari — including visual design, gameplay, code, and written text — is protected creative property. No artifact, scroll, or visual element acquired in the Game has any real-world monetary value.

05 Fair Play

You agree to play the Game fairly and lawfully. You will not:

Use cheats, exploits, automation tools, bots, or unauthorized third-party software to manipulate scores.
Attempt to interfere with the Game's normal operation or compromise its security.
Use the Game in any way that could harm other users or third parties.

06 No Real-Money Gambling

Wild Safari has no gambling mechanics, no real prizes, and no paid loot. The only thing to win is bragging rights.

07 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Wild Safari team accepts no liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game — including loss of progress, data, or device performance.

Wild Safari is suitable for all ages. If you are under the age of 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country), please obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before using the Game.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Game at any time without prior notice. These Terms may also be updated occasionally — the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Game if these Terms are violated or if the Game is used in a way that is harmful to others, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate.
